A dream that never came

awhile ago, i found out about a very peculiar place, where people say your nightmare really do come alive. For a long time, the governments itself can't touch this place and it had been the center from many powerful crime lords. This place hosted various (illegal) factories, events and even services, i.e; unlicensed surgery. The place is called Kowloon Walled City









why would i want to go to such place? you might ask. well i want to feel really overwhelmed by sheer awesomeness. The dark alleys, squatter houses, the very extreme dark side of human society that can only be conveyed in movies but only this one is real life.

when i said society, i meant real society with a structure, it intrigues me because even though the place is ridden with outlaws, people can still live there peacefully.

Unfortunately not in existence anymore... So damn ugly and creepy, it's fascinating!
The "building" was not really a skyscraper, but more like 69 skyskrapers joined together in a 6.5 acre urban madness. 33,000 people lived in this Leviathan of Ugliness.


oh how i wish i could go back in time and go there, a marvel on it's own accord



now i'm off with other dreams
